For employees

The intervention would be carried out directly in the company using Cenpis Web Testing system, through meetings of two hours each to administer the psychological tests; the meetings are aimed at all employees divided into work groups (or employment sectors) of 25 people; each meeting is preceded by a brief motivational presentation lecture to increase the reliability of the assessments and create a positive climate.

For managers

A more in-depth evaluation is proposed in a mixed mode (group phase and individual interview), which will take place at separate times from the previous ones with the establishment of one or more groups for two 2h meetings. each and will also focus on the ability to build and lead a team, solve problem situations, manage stress and achieve goals.

To all personnel for the identification of the most suitable personality profiles and character types according to the company’s criteria; each person’s personality is analyzed through five major characteristics fundamental to the world of work

To whom it is addressed:
To all staff for knowledge of “what” they seek in the professional role and in their lives, with an assessment of the importance and meanings attached to work in relation to other life contexts (family, hobbies, social…)

3. Relationship Style and Reactions to Stress

To whom it is addressed:
To the cadre and the Executive for discovering his mental abilities and the structure of his intelligence.

4. Cognitive Attitudes

To whom it is addressed:
To the cadre and manager for knowledge of individual response patterns to stressful situations and the type of relationship the person tends to establish.
