Purpose

PURPOSE

This project was built for the company and is designed to achieve the following purposes:

1. Preparing the company’s staff for “Productivity”

2. Train management staff and provide them with ongoing support

3. Building a winning business climate

4. Promoting the well-being of people in the company.

Insight

Preparing the company’s staff for “Productivity”

For all employees of the company

With a training course conducted with new methods and tools suitable for fast learning and maturative assimilation, so that they build a common positive approach to work and are prepared to handle work responsibly and effectively.

  • Train management staff and provide them with ongoing support

For company executives

Provide individualized support (Mental coaching) to help them identify their own limitations and resources, improving their ability to cope with stress and manage the human resources available to them.

Building a winning business climate

Promoting a new “Corporate Culture,” a positive, non-confrontational mindset that fosters personal and collective success through building a “sense of team” and overcoming individualism and schematicism.

Promoting the well-being of people in the company

To offer employees and managers of the company the opportunity to better con- sumer themselves and build their confidence, promoting individual and collective well-being within the work structure.

PROGRAM

Program

The project involves the development of several interrelated STEPs. Each module-step was designed in accordance with what emerged during the preliminary meeting with the management staff and is therefore a product designed to pursue the above-mentioned work purposes. The training proposal is adaptable according to specific needs that might be supervened at a later date or currently necessary.

HOW IT UNFOLDS.

A – Staff Intervention

Motivate staff and improve their approach to work and the company

Discovery of each employee’s resources with 5 tests each:

  • Individual psychological empowerment
  • Testing potential resources

Motivational meetings:

  • Team Empowerment Team Interventions.
  • Staff training in internal and customer communication

Practical simulations and observation structure of work in the company

  • Identifying and intervening on business dynamics of change
  • Individual monitoring and assistance on work issues

B – Practical Experience in Team Working & Empowerment.

Building business climate through experience

During working hours or on weekends, guided practical experiences (EPGs) of team working can be carried out within the company structure or in the field: by scheduling the activity and structuring it according to psychological requirements, it will stimulate in people an elaboration of the experience related to the experience carried out in order to develop a greater ability to work in a group (team building) and increased self-mastery.

The course is in modules of 5 meetings of 2h. each Build mental and emotional flexibility to adapt effectively to life situations, reacting to them in a positive way. Improving oneself by challenging oneself together with others to learn about one’s own potential and that of others, learning to be in a group Learning to manage stress by trying to bring out the best in oneself at critical moments.

C – Individual Mental Coaching sessions for the company’s executive.

Effective communication, development of its resources and membership, personal leadership

Each Executive will be provided with an individual Coaching cycle through training and coaching strategies to help the individual reach the highest level of his or her performance capabilities to: identify individual potential and optimize it through an objective and scientific analysis of one’s capabilities and weaknesses, identify the desired outcome and achieve it through the development of an improvement plan, refining one’s skills and developing new ones.

Theoretical and practical training of newly developed executives with simulations, techniques, tests and questionnaires to discover and optimize their resources.
